Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)
For mothers and their children ages newborn to 6 years, meets the first and third Tuesdays
of each month at First Baptist Church of Gahanna, 520 Havens Corners. Registration
fee is $20, plus $5 meeting fee. First meeting is free. Call 475-2416 for more

Grief Support Group
Sponsored by Grace Brethren church meets one Tuesday per month at the Gahanna Library

Butterfly Garden 98
Tropical butterflies from Costa Rica and El Salvador are featured in the display
that runs through May 10 at Franklin Park conservatory.
Beyond Basil... Discovering Less Common Herbs

Fifth third Bank cycling Safari May 2
The Fifth Third Bank Cycling Safari is an event guaranteed to bring lots of fun, exercise
and fond memories. Every year 3500 cyclists enjoy one of the three scenic tours of

Zoofari 1998 June 20
Every summer, the Columbus Zoo presents Zoofari, an annual fund-raiser hosted by the top
eating establishments in Central Ohio. The event is run by a volunteer committee and
offers guest appetizers, dinner, beverages, theme activities and live entertainment.
This years proceeds benefit the renovation of the reptile building. For
